A few years back Philip K. Beachem, the President of New Jersey Alliance for Action,
commended LG on its $300 million investment in Englewood Cliffs. LG already resided in Englewood cliffs but would be moving down the road slightly closer to the GWB.
An expectation that this new structure would be a LEED Platinum building was made in 2014, the largest such project in the Garden State.Now in 2020 that pioneering promise is completed. A striking
example of a world-class green corporate campus.
How does this impact New Jersey?The new LG North American headquarters, for which the company did not receive any gov't incentives,will enable LG to expand
its workforce from 500 in 2014 to 1,200 by 2017 and 1,600 by 2020

Passaic - The secret few investors recognize
Passaic is a town existing under the radar. Not exactly great for shopping but definitely great for S.American food. Perfectly positioned to be the hottest town of the future. Bordering Clifton, NJ and a short distance from the Lincoln Tunnel.
Many investors are on the hunt for a zip code with low barrier of entry and high upside potential. More people talk endlessly about how they wish they would have invested in Hudson County 20 years ago. Those same people believe that Hudson County was an unforeseen pot of gold.
